Patio (Veranda) and Terrace are shared and available for all guests. All our rooms overlook Grand Canal. Mansarda room has roof windows because is an attic, but the view is the same...

Are small dogs allowed 7 kilos she is very used to traveling

We are sorry but we do not accept pets of any size. Both for the good relations with other guests and neighbors, and for the particularity of the antique wooden floors that are not suitable.

Hello, does the attic double deluxe room with shower have air conditioning? I couldn't see any A/C units in the pictures, only heaters. Grazie

Exceptional
We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The location was perfect - not in the main tourist area which we preferred, but had beautiful views over the grand canal and so many restaurants nearby. It was so quiet despite the business outside. It was beautifully furnished with good aircon, the shared bathroom was not a problem but something to be aware of. Lovely terrace to watch boats from.

Lovely light and bright room with a great view and location and a fantastic host.
Wonderful light, bright room with a fantastic view. There were nice amenities like coffee and tea, access to a balcony to watch the boats go by, and our host was so kinds and helpful.
Shared bathroom was clean and close to the room, but there was only one bathroom for 3 units.

Amazing value beautiful stay
This was amazing accommodation. Right on the Grand Canal and both windows open up to amazing views. Room was beautiful and very clean. Host was incredibly attentive and professional. Strongly recommend a visit, I will be back!

Good value for money with views to die for.
The residence is directly facing the Grand Canal directly opposite Ca Doro Vaporetti Station very close to the fish market. Having said that, you do not get any fishy smell, but the views are what you would expect. The manager Per is great and makes you feel very welcome. Also, the residence has the facility to store bags after check out.
The room is up two flights stairs so carrying heavy bags is an issue. I am in my 60's and did it but wished I didn't have to. Note: the residence does warn of this in there information.
